I found this little trick on the internet:
Windows limits your bandwicht to reserve some for itself. But you can turn that off easily:
Click Start, Run, type “gpedit.msc” (without the quotes). A window should appear “group policies”. Go to Local Computer Policy, Computer Configuration,Administrative Templates, Network,QOS Packet Scheduler and then Limit Reservable Bandwidth. Open it by double-clicking. Now set the limit to 0%. Finished!
